Modern Coastal Cottage

We do not only create cookie cutter cape style homes we are able to take a customer dream and make it reality. This modern contemporary home has dramatic angles, a neutral color palette with large contrasting windows that create an elegant design.

When entering this gorgeous home, you enter into an open and airy nickel gapped coastal look throughout. Brandon was able to take what could have been a cold modern looking home but made it feel warm and bright. Using Coastal Maine elements and soft color palettes this modern-contemporary home is cozy and welcoming.

Pemaquid Loop

Ocean Side Cape

This beautiful double dormered coast cape was built by Brandon Blake Construction in 2021-2022. After 13 months of meticulous quality work this home was completed. It was designed with a sense of spacious openness to lower for its smaller footprint to feel larger. There are high ceilings and many windows to allow for natural light to flow throughout. There is quality crafted trim work more intricate than a traditional cape style home.

Throughout the home there are natural elements such as granite stone, marble tile and warm wood tones to create a Coastal Maine style that would make anyone envious.

Jefferson Woods Garage

This beautiful custom woodworked double dormered garage / additional living space above was created in the woods of Jefferson. The customer wanted a warm inviting natural wood living space. All of the woodwork was custom created by Brandon in his woodshop and meticulously assembled it there. All of the wood flooring was also installed and laid with precision by this fine company.

Boothbay Full Remodel

This full gut interior remodel with a mudroom / full bath addition and vaulted the ceilings was achieved by Brandon and his guys. The entire exterior was redone siding trim and windows with large, beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the water out in beautiful Boothbay.

South Bristol Remodel

Beautiful South Bristol home received not one not two but three new renovated bathrooms! The customer loved the tile she chose, and Brandon and Kate installed this tile to create an almost ocean like design. The colors flowing together in a way that was cohesive but also a randomized pattern. The full bathroom with a tub also had its tile floor laid by Brandon. This job came out beautiful and shows the attention to deal we have when it comes to quality work.
